Hi Bruce
Setting off to climb Stok Kangri in 3 weeks the highest mountain in India - it will be Runrig all the way to the top. A few words of encouragement wouldn't go a miss from Bruce in person?? any chance ? would make an old girl very happy!!
All the best to Malcom, get well soon xx

...gosh, and there you are again on German soil in September, too! Jürgen's site and newsletters are just great. What a treat to have you around for 2 gigs - and with your new "baby" then!
Thank you so much!

Anyway, there is still so much in between to overcome - we are with Malcolm in thought and hope for a successful operation. Life is hard, sometimes...

Take care, Anne

Great to see you're back with great relatives at Harmony House again - as you told! -

Hello Mr. Guthro, In October 2008 I went to Nova Scotia for a holiday. Apparently missed you by a week, despite all the shows you did in NS that month. But I did enjoy something of an inpromptue kitchen party at Mike's in Sydney Mines. This September and October I'll be backpacking through at least 7 European countries. Although there are no gigs showing on the schedule at this time, I hope to finally see your performance. Unless you're in Nova Scotia for 2 months. Ha ha.

Dear Bruce!
Many thanks for the nice concert in Mainz! It was a real pleasure to see you and the band in such a good mood. I love the mix of critical, emotional, protest, love and feel-good songs.I’m really looking foward to the new album.
And the Runrig gig in Tarm last weekend was absolutely fantastic! I was delighted to see Kristian there, too. He is a very good musician and supports you (and Runrig) and your music with such great enthusiasm.
Hope to see you soon again.
All the best! Astrid

Dear Bruce,

thank you for a wonderful concert in Cologne. It was so amazing to see and hear you. I absolutely enjoyed it.

Falling and Flew McCarthy home touched me.
I also like the new songs from the upcoming album. Stone by Stone and So Small are wonderful.

Wish you a relaxing time in Nova Scotia. Hope to see you at Tonder. Take care!

Hugs and kisses,

Dear Bruce,

thank you very much again for two wonderful concerts in Potsdam and Mainz. It was absolute fantastic to see and hear you and the Danish band. The new member is also brilliant like the others!

The new songs from the upcoming album "No Final Destination" sound very, very good. I hope it will be quick August! :o)

And thanks for "Every River", "Mighty Atlantic" and "Carry Your Cross"!

I wish you, the Danish band and of course Runrig all the best for the future!

"Going home - when the summer's coming in...."
Watching you sing that made it so obvious how much you really need just that :-)

I guess we danes don't write 17 pages of "WOWs" but that doesn't mean we don't appreciate every minute, every song, every gig solo and with Runrig.
Thank you for all the time you spend over here and all the effort you put into it. It's been absolutely amazing watching your gigs in April and this week's tour with Runrig and it's good to see your back's better!

I hope you'll have a nice and safe journey home - and enjoy your second spring.... :-)

Ses, Kirsten

Hi Bruce,
I just like to say thank you for a wonderful concert in Wuppertal. After many times I saw you with Runrig on stage, this was the first time to see you in a concert with your band.
And I absolutely enjoyed it.

I hope you will recreate and relax the next days until you´ll start in Denmark. Anyway however you´ll recreate and relax remember the advice of the reverend "just too much is not good for you". ;-)))))

Good luck for you, the band guys and the guys of Runrig!
Hope to see you soon in concert again :-).
Hugs, Claudia

Dear Bruce,

wow. A great tour, fantastic gigs. Wuppertal the really best ever I´ve seen.
The MacCarthy-song - no words for it. This live-version should find the way on a CD oder DVD.
In hope that the rumour Allan spread out will become true. :-)

kisses and hugs to you and the Danish Band

Hi Bruce and Danish band ;-),
thanks a lot for 4 amazing concerts.
You guys are really rockin' :-).
I was able to see you in Hamburg, Oberhausen, Cologne and Wuppertal.
All 4 concerts were absolutely fantastic.
Your new songs about the soldier MacCarthy really blew me away. It is such a brilliant song, I hope it will find the way on your new album.
Thanks for coming out ;-)

Hi Bruce,

thank you for your concert yesterday in wuppertal. It was absolutley fantastic, great, super. I can´t describe it. It was my first concert. The boys of your band are wonderful musicians. I love all of your songs and looking forward for your new album in august. I hope, you´ve got the picture of my daughter Larissa. She says, she want´s to make a picture for you, because she loves your songs "Come to life" and "Montreal". Larissa will be happy to hear, if you enjoyed her picture.
If you want and have time, you can write a mail.
Now I wish you a good day of recovery and a good tour in danmark. All the best to your danish musicians and to the boys of runrig. I´m happy that Malcolm feels better.

Daniela
