Thank you for an incredible show with your son at the Kings Theatre in Annapolis. My wife and I are huge fans and have seen you a few times in the last year. You music writing is a true inspiration to me as I play myself. I love your music and someday I will wait around after a concert and meet ya. Maybe ask for a guitar pick...

Thanks again....

Hello Bruce, I want to thank you for such an entertaining evening last night at the Marigold. It doesn't seem to matter how often we hear the stories, they always make us laugh and touch our hearts, a special thank you for doing the full version of Falling. The song holds a special place in my life as it was my story when my father called me after 26 years and I invited him over for tea. We enjoyed 8 1/2 years together before he died of lung cancer in 2000. Have a wonderful time in the UK. I look forward to seeing again when you're closer to home.

Was at your concert last night at the Confed centre and you and your group, Kim and Allie, are fabulous. Your lyrics, your music, and your incredible sense of humour made the evening a beautiful memory for me. I have 2 of your CD's and love your tunes but seeing you "live" left me hungry for more. Oh my God, looks like I could be a fan...but I thought that was just for the young!!!
Thanks for a night of great music, the opportunity to sing with the "s***-kicking choir", and hope to spend another "night together" real soon.
Keep the tunes coming.

Bruce:

What an amazing talent you are !!! Although I reside now in Barrie Ontario, I have been haunted for 10 years now by a "STUNNING" recording you made in CBC's Halifax Studio for the Award Winning Documentary "Blood on the Coal" with your rendition of "the Ballad of Sprnghill". Sure, Bono and the Boys (U2) did a superb job of it with their Tribute to the Dubliners in 1987 with their famous rare broadcast (on You Tube) and the Dubliners themselves did an excellent job as well - But for a native "Springhiller" - No one on earth captures the spirit of "solemness" and "sacrifice" that you did in your recording. I would love to know if you have ever released a recording of it on your own work (I haven't seen it yet in your Bio or Discography) If your agents could advise on this please respond (BTW Percy Rector (last to die in the 58 disaster) was my father's cousin...) and though my father had luckily traded that day he lost many close friends in the Bump of 58....

Thank you for sharing with the world - your incredible talent

Well - it's difficult to find words for that wonderful festival at Tonder. Sure "Bruce" is an important word for it! Loved that song about your daughter - if I think about it, I still have tears in my eyes. How can you do this to me???
Hope you'll find a way to make it to the festival next year. Tonder is something special, isn't it? - for musicians and for listeners. God bless you, Bruce.

Hi Bruce!

Thank you so much for sharing your incredible captivating talent, voice, stories, songs, wit and enthusiasm with us at the Tønder Festival last weekend.

You are truly a worthy ambassadur for Nova Scotia, making us all curious and wanting to visit your neck of the wood.

And I bet you had a memorable birthday - probably one of the longest in your whole life - accompanied by your true follower: Hankey Bannister :-)

Ses,
Kirsten
